Support have identified the root cause to be within the IPTables configuration, and unfortunately at the current time there is no good mitigation we can put in place.
As a temporary work-around users are asked to connect using https://vpscp.superior-networks.com:4083 rather than without the port. We apologies for any disruption this is causing.
