French RegionFrench Region - Intermittent Network Issues
We have identified intermittent network issues with our French region. Support are actively investigating.
Full service has now been restored.
It appears that the majority of the issue is now resolved, we are still seeing issues with DNS Resolution on the main host in the region however we continue to investigate.

PanelCritical Maintenance - TF Panel
We are going to be performing essential upgrades to the TotalFreedom Panel due to issues some users are experiencing connecting. During this time the panel may be offline.
Maintenance was completed some time ago. Incident was left open by mistake.

We are investigating reports of an outage of our forum suite. Updates to follow.
We have identified and resolved the issue. It appears to have been caused by OS Patching to the Database server which was not scheduled. We are putting measures in place to assure it does not happen in the future.

FreeIPA ServiceFreeIPA - Loss of Redundency
We have identified an issue whereby there is a loss of multi-server redundancy of our FreeIPA Service. Support are investigating.
We have applied updates and issued a new certificate to the box. Service has now been restored.

Freedom Minecraft ServerMC-02 Node Outage
We have noticed a major outage on the MC-02 node which we believe to be the result of a denial of service attack targeting one of the services. We are currently working to mitigate the issue.

Freedom Minecraft ServerMC-02 Server Outage
We are currently suffering a significant denial of service attack targeting our MC-02 node. As a result the freedom game mode is currently offline.
Monitoring indicated services are running as expected.
We have now restored service to the freedom game mode and are monitoring the situation closely.
