We are continuing to work with the software vendor to resolve this issue. At the moment we're continuing to manually provision VPS's as required. All other operations continue to work as expected and access to the control panel is still working as normal.
We're working with our VPS Control panel software vendor to resolve issues with automated VPS Provisioning. At the current time we're unable to automatically provision new services. Existing services are not impacted.
