We have restarted the ERI1-01 server, it appears to be the result of a network issue. We have scheduled some further investigations to take place to get to a full root cause and ensure this does not happen again going forward.
We're investigating issues with our ERI1-01 host. Updates to follow.
The automated certificate renewal had corrupted, we've now resolved the issue and full service is restored.
Monitoring has detected an issue with a certificate. We are investigating.
We have pushed a change to our DNS config on the underlying host which appears to have resolved the issue. We will continue to monitor as normal now to ensure it remains operational.
We're investiaging issues with DNS resolution on the underlying host of ERI1-01 which is impacting some management operations from the panel. We will update as soon as we've been able to fully resolve the issue.
