4 September 2022 15:09 Europe / London: Maintenance is now complete. Service has been restored.
We will be performing a re-start of our Nexus-01 Server to apply a number of patches to the host OS. This is expected to take no more than 30 mins to complete.
Service has now been restored. The issue appears to be due to disk space limitations caused by a new region being commissioned. We will be scheduling maintenance in the near future to resolve this issue longer term.
We are investigating an outage of the VPS Control panel service. Client VPS's are not impacted by this outage.
3 September 2022 16:04 Europe / London: We have had confirmation that the attack is no longer ongoing and there was no impact to service.
We are monitoring an ongoing denial of service attack against our network bungee. At the current time there is no impact to service.
