The issue appeared to be due to content processing being over-scaled and a re-try batch for all failed jobs was instigated. The SideKiq content processing has been restarted to protect us from other issues with the memory leak present in SideKiq and has also restored database access for the web servers.
We are investigating some minor intermittent outages on the MastodonApp.UK site as well as overall performance issues with the site. Updates will follow.
