We have identified the issue, the virtual router on node 8 was offline, it appears it has gone offline on the 1st of the month before. We will do some further investigations to try to get to a root cause and ensure this doesn't happen in the future. We will also need to perform a further restart to this node in the near future to allow us to rule out a few potential issues.
We are now processing the backlog of Universeodon content processing jobs, we estimate this to be back to normal in around 1 hours time.
We are seeing issues with Node 8 in our Mastodon London Cluster which is impacting content processing for Universeodon and the Universeodon relay.
