Service was restored. Other incident will have further updates.
It looks like the issues with our content processing caused our web tier to fully lock up and crash. We've increased the memory allowance again to our content processing nodes which seems to have restored service. We will be performing a further analysis shortly.
We're currently seeing an outage on Universeodon.com - We will investigate ASAP.
We're continuing to monitor the issue after putting remediation steps in place. We are going to look to deploy some additional content processing capacity as well as making some updates shortly to our content processing configuration in an effort to improve the stability of the service.
We've confirmed this issue was the result of the service running out of memory again and we're going to look to solve this with a longer term solution as a matter of urgency.
We've had reports of issues with the timelines and federation within Universeodon. Our team will start to investigate ASAP.
