Monitoring has detected a major outage on Universeodon.com - Support are investigating.
System appears to still be healthy so closing this incident.
We have now re-added Web-02 to our load balancer group and restarted services on Web-01, the site is currently operating as expected and we will continue to monitor for any further issues.
We have identified an issue with our Web-01 web server node which has ran out of resources and caused the processed to lock and at the same time our web-02 node was never re-added to our load balancer. We're working to restore both issues at this time to restore full capacity to the system.
