We appear to have lost connectivity with one of our app servers which has taken out connectivity and services for mastodonapp.uk and universeodon. We are investigating.
Services are operational again we have rebooted the server that suffered a kernel panic and are monitoring to ensure all systems operate as expected now.
One of our application servers had suffered a kernel panic causing all services to cease to operate on the host which included our VPN service to connect between our old and new environments. Our automated failover for our load balancer infrastructure did work as expected but couldn't then connect to any of the web servers. We are restoring service now.
