29 Aug 2022 19:00 Europe/London: We are continuing to work on resolving the issue, we believe it is a connectivity fault between our backup server and 3rd party storage provider. Support are continuing to investigate.
We are investigating an issue where a number of automated backups of client VPS environments have failed.
