We have received an alert that the host that runs the Universeodon Database server is currently offline. Support are investigating. During this time the website and all services are offline.
We were unable to identify the root cause for the fault at this time.
Service appears to have self-restored. We are currently investigating for a root cause.
London RegionPerformance Issues - London Region
We are aware of ongoing performance issues within the London Region. We believe this is the result of one of our system VPS's using high resource. We are working to move traffic off of this VPS and onto alternate hosting to free capacity within the London Region.
