We have expanded the disk capacity on our primary database server and restarted the services. As far as we can now see all services should be operational. We will continue to monitor the situation.
We have been able to identify the root cause of the outage which has been caused by our database disk being 100% full due to an overnight backup. We are working now to increase capacity and restore service.
