It looks like our remote hands team rebooted the server without warning resulting in the server getting stuck in a bad boot configuration. We've repaired the configuration issue and restored service. Full service is now operational in our Frankfurt region.
We have confirmed there is no customer impact to our Frankfurt region as all customers had already vacated the region yesterday (24th March) as part of the region being closed down.
Monitoring has detected an outage of our Frankfurt location.
