We think the issue stems from an earlier attempt to enable IPv6 support to our load balancer infrastructure which was misconfigured. We've rolled out a patch now and are verifying if it has resolved the situation.

We have had reports of some users having connectivity issues especially when using some VPN Services to access the site. We're working to understand what might have caused this issue and will get it resolved as soon as we can.
