Some systems are experiencing issues.
We identified the issue - One of the web servers appears to have filled up the disk due to logs being stored on the host. We have cleaned up logs and updated our log retention settings to more aggressively purge logs.
It appears the issue is specific to one of the two Web servers that runs MastodonApp.UK - We have for the time being weighed traffic away from this node to restore service while we get to a root cause.
We're investigating errors with uploading media on MastodonApp.UK. It is only currently impacting uploads, federated media is working without issue.
