Monitoring is now reporting full health across all sites and all monitoring locations. We believe at this time the alerts were a fault with monitoring and there was no impact to service.

Monitoring has identitified outages across a large number of our services from endpoints on the US West Coast. We're currently working with our monitoring provider to understand if these are the result of a monitoring bug or a legitimate outage.
