It looks like there was a issue with the networking which resulted in DNS resolution failing and the node falling out of quorum with the rest of the servers. Once the server rebooted automatically the connectivity was restored and services have been restarted.

Monitoring has detected an issue with one of our nodes as part of the Mastodon Cluster. This is resulting in a full outage of the VPSCP, PixelFed beta site, MastodonAppUK Content processing as well as degraded performance to Universeodon's web interface.
