We need to perform routine maintenance to our physical hardware located within the Redditch Data center. As part of this we will need to take all services offline for a short amount of time while we apply system and security updates to our shared storage pool and restart the underlying host. We will also be performing patching and upgrades to our application hosts during this time and will be failing over our applications across the nodes in the environment.
We expect the maintenance itself to take approx 3 hours with a short outage of up to 30 mins throughout this while we take the environment offline for full system restarts and hardware improvements.
Service has now been fully restored.
We have identified and resolved the issues with the site, we're currently monitoring to ensure full recovery of service.
We have identified one issue with our database server having filled up with disk space and ceased operating as expected and we have resolved this issue, we're still investigating the root cause.
Monitoring has detected an outage.

We are continuing to have issues with the replication and creating a fully functional secondary instance of the database. Until this is resolved we will have to continue postponing the maintenance. The next update will be once we have a high confidence environment operational and ready.
Due to a corruption issue with our replica we have had to reschedule this for later in the day, we are still hoping to get this completed before the end of today though it may now need to happen tomorrow. We will keep you updated.
We are pleased to say that the maintenance has also now started, our replica is 100% in sync with the primary and in addition to the ongoing work to get Redis migrated we are working to switch over all our configurations to our new DB server.
The scope of this maintenance is now only for the database migration, the Redis migration wil be starting earlier and under a seperate schedculed maintenance task.
The replication is continuing to take significantly longer than we had expected. We are delaying the maintenance start by a further 3 hours.
We have ran into some issues with the replication further delaying this work. We are now hoping to start this at 16:30 UK Time which is 1:15Hrs later than our last update.
We are delaying the maintenance by a further 45 mins as we can see that the replicaiton is still ongoing and we aren't able to switch over to the new DB infrastructure before the replication has concluded.
We have delayed maintenance by approx 30 mins due to ensure we can complete the maintenance with minimal disruption.
Service is restored.
We have expanded the disk capacity on our primary database server and restarted the services. As far as we can now see all services should be operational. We will continue to monitor the situation.
We have been able to identify the root cause of the outage which has been caused by our database disk being 100% full due to an overnight backup. We are working now to increase capacity and restore service.

Reports of an outage
We have restarted the impacted node and managed to restore full service at this time.
Monitoring has detected a fault with the networking and infrastructure on one of the servers in our French Region which is impacting customer services. We are working to restore service at this time.
The migration of the Redis server has been completed and service is now restored.
We are starting the migration now.
