29 Aug 2022 19:38 Europe/London: We have identified the fault in conjunction with our 3rd party storage provider, backups are now running and access to the world download storage is fully restored.
We are currently aware of a major outage of a 3rd party storage provider which is currently impacting both our world download tool storage availability as well as the backups to our French region
29 Aug 2022 20:06 Europe/London: We have now completed re-running client backups which had failed earlier. We will be monitoring the situation over the coming 24 hours to ensure service is fully restored.
29 Aug 2022 19:38 Europe/London: We have identified the fault in conjunction with our 3rd party storage provider, backups are now running and access to the world download storage is fully restored.
29 Aug 2022 19:00 Europe/London: We are continuing to work on resolving the issue, we believe it is a connectivity fault between our backup server and 3rd party storage provider. Support are continuing to investigate.
We are investigating an issue where a number of automated backups of client VPS environments have failed.
